“We can’t afford four more years of out of touch, you’re on your own leadership.” – I couldn’t have said it better myself.
Obama isn’t perfect, and I don’t consider myself to be a democrat. Heck, when Hillary Clinton was still in the running, I hated the thought of her as president. But Obama? I’d vote for him.
I know he’s a war veteran, but time spent in a war does not automatically a good president make.
It boggles my mind that people think John McCain could possibly identify with a nation full of thousands – if not millions – of people who are losing their houses and barely getting by.
Does anyone really think a man who can’t remember how many houses he owns can identify with the current needs of the US?
Politicians don’t usually keep the campaign promises they make, but for the sake of the US, I hope Barack Obama gets in and that he does keep his promises.
