2012 Movie Trailer Video | After Japan Earthquake, The End Of The World Is Nigh?

27 sec read

I know the 2012 movie, and consequently its trailer, is a few years old now, but recent events have made people question whether the end of the world is nigh, for real. So it’s worth another look.

Natural disasters seem to be increasing in regularity, at least on the epic, bible-sized level. Which is making people once again explore the multiple predictions that the world will end in 2012.

The Mayan calender ends on December 21, 2012. Nostradamus also predicts something catastrophic happening around that time. 2012 is clearly a significant date in popular culture, but is there any truth to the pronouncements of death and destruction?

A word of warning though: Don’t bother watching the 2012 movie, because it sucks. Oh, the special effects are awesome, but the plot and the acting are truly terrible.
