Zombieland has to be one of my favorite comedies of all time, so when I heard that the director was making yet another movie with comedian Aziz Ansari I was thrilled.
The film is actually based on a tragic real-life story of when a pizza delivery man was forced to rob a bank with a bomb strapped to him. How they made this situation funny is beyond me.
Just about any project that Danny McBride and Nick Swardson (Reno 911) are in are usually R-rated, and usually hilarious. Having and Jesse Eisenberg (Social Network) involved is a big plus as well.
I sincerely hope that this comedy doesn’t fall to the same box-office pitfall of ‘Your Highness.’
