Heading into the Olympics to play singles and doubles in women’s tennis, Agnes Szavay, ranked world number 15 as of June, is finally achieving her Olympic dream.
However, she will most likely only be able to play in the singles, as there is no other Hungarian player who is ranked in the top 100 in either singles or doubles.
Agnes has even more pressure on her to score a medal than most because she has the chance to become the first Hungarian to win a medal in tennis.
Rising from world number 207 in 2006, she has an excellent possibility of doing just that.
