Jalen here has been break dancing ever since he first saw the movie “You Got Served.” He’s only 6 years old but he can take on other B-Boys 4x his age. Because he is the world’s youngest break dancer he has a spot on the Seattle Sonic’s Boom Squad and performs at NBA games.
For a kid with only two years experience, I’d say he deserves all the recognition he can get. The clip never reveals if he actually won “Most Talented Kid Dancer,” but I don’t see the point. He’s already met pros like Kobe Bryant, Jebron James, and a bunch of cheerleaders. What more could he ask for?
On a side note, there are random beeps that occur in the clip. I don’t know why they are there but at least they don’t censor out Jalen’s dancing.
