If you have ever wanted to know what it’s like to complete a downhill mountain bike course, then this video is just for you.
It shows former professional mountain biker Claudio Caluori previewing a course in South Africa while wearing a GoPro camera on his head.
GoPros are cameras designed to be attached to clothing or equipment, thus allowing a first-person perspective of extreme sports and other such activities.
This course is pretty intense, with rock gardens and jumps to contend with. Caluori rides it blind, not knowing what’s coming next.
Even so, he manages to get down in one piece and has the stamina to provide a running commentary all the way down.
