This amazing video shows a construction worker escaping from a burning building with just seconds to spare.
If this had been a scene from a movie then it would be condemned for being unbelievable. But it actually happened to a real person.
This building was under construction at the AIG campus in Houston, Texas, when an unexplained fire broke out. The wood and cardboard meant it spread quickly, trapping one man on a high ledge.
The whole thing was filmed by an onlooker, so we get to witness the firefighters just managing to get the guy onto the ladder before the roof caves in.
This was close to being a tragedy but thankfully everything turned out OK in the end.
