Google stunned the world when it revealed its latest project last year. Self-driving cars are cool and all, but what is potentially even cooler are glasses that are capable of doing everything your smartphone currently does, and a lot more besides.
This video is the second major clip released by Google showing what Google Glass is going to be capable of. This is based in reality more than the One Day… clip from last year.
We essentially see how Google imagines people from all different walks of life will use Google Glass. There are extreme sports fanatics, dancers, parents, and ice skaters, all of whom tell their wearable computers to take a photograph or shoot a video.
Google Glass is going to offer an exciting way of sharing your world with others. Unfortunately the commercial version is still at least one year away, and even then will be prohibitively expensive… for the time being.
