Britain’s Got Talent and America’s Got Talent are obviously massive shows which have made its contestants famous, particularly Susan Boyle. But there are also Got Talent shows around the world, including the Ukraine.
This video shows the winner of Ukraine’s Got Talent, Kseniya Simonova, showing off her skills. Her talent, which admittedly is a strange one, is to create sand art live on an illuminated sand table. And it’s truly stunning.
Simonova won the top prize on the reality show, bagging $125,000 for her trouble. And she deserves not only that success but the success she has since found online via her YouTube videos.
I find it difficult enough to create art using paper and pencils or paintbrushes, but using sand and fingers is beyond me. The art, especially when the war is used as the subject matter, even brings some audience members to tears. And there’s surely no bigger compliment.
