For months now AMC has let it be known that Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) is leaving The Walking Dead. And they’ve teased his last episodes of the show.
Now, Grimes has left the show, but not in the way many people suspected he would. He’s still alive for one, and he’s even getting his own spin-off.
There are going to be at least three feature length movies made telling the story of what happens to Rick Grimes after he leaves the group behind.
Meanwhile, the show itself is set to continue, but with several years having passed. Which should help get people interested again.
