Even though the U.S. Government shutdown has ended with a climbdown by the Republicans, their media lapdogs continue to beat the drum in support of the party and its opposition to Obamacare.
I don’t know if Obamacare will work or not, but as a British person taken care of by the NHS I cannot understand the opposition to healthcare for all.
And yet Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter loved the shutdown and want more Republicans to take such a strong stand against helping those in need.
These views are truly bizarre. The shutdown was a mess that made the U.S. the laughing stock of the world. That’s the unsavory truth of the situation that Fox News won’t dare to broadcast.
