In case you haven’t heard by now, the British government has lost its vote to leave the EU on the 29th of March with the deal negotiated by Theresa May.
This was virtually identical to the deal MPs had already rejected, so it came as no surprise that they voted it down for a second time.
In the aftermath of the vote, three politicians debated the issues on BBC Newsnight. And it’s fair to say things got a little heated.
The Tory defended the deal, as well as keeping no deal on the table. And the Labour MP had a different view on the whole thing. And Brexit is still nowhere nearer to being sorted.
