April Fools Day was a week ago now, but they’re still coming in thick and fast. Some are too good to ignore or postpone talking about for a whole year, such as this video showing a news anchor pranking his co-host with an iPad app.
The set-up to this prank is exquisite, with a video demonstration showing people sniffing and licking their iPads and iPhones. This means that when it comes to her turn the co-host is much more likely to play along.
The actual prank surrounds an iPad app which supposedly allows you to smell or taste whatever is shown on the screen, thanks to some powerful technology that is, in reality, utter bullshine.
After sniffing the screen and getting nothing, she licks it. And that is when the prank is revealed, with laughter emitting from the iPad and a big ‘Happy April Fools Day’ message appearing on the screen.
She wasn’t too happy with being fooled on live TV, the poor cow.
