Apple Macbook Air Advert Video Parody | But, But, It Fits Inside A Manila Envelope!

26 sec read

The Macbook Air was announced by Steve Jobs during his far too long keynote speech during Macworld 2007 (a shorter version of which can be seen here).

It’s a Macbook, which is basically a laptop, but it’s really really thin. And that’s about it. The problem is, in their desire to make it ultra thin, they’ve bypassed layers of usability and features.

This spoof advert takes the piss out of the product, and how Apple are trying to put a brave face on the criticism they have received by saying “but it fits inside a manila envelope!”

I wouldn’t buy one, especially at the price they’re asking, and I just can’t see how this moves technology onwards and upwards at all. Back to the drawing board.
