What happens when you put a man with no arms in a swimming competition? It sounds like a tasteless joke, but it’s not. And the answer might surprise you: He wins!

This video is from the Paralympic Games, and the swimmer’s name is Igor Plotnikov. All of the athletes in these games have physical or mental disabilities, but it’s hard to fathom that someone who is missing both arms could swim so well and so quickly.

I have two perfectly good arms and legs, and this guy could swim circles around me. This is just one shining example of why we should never say “I can’t.”
