Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz have done what just about everyone in the world could have predicted when they first were married- they filed for divorce.
So what are the reasons? Drugs? Infidelity? No one really knows except the couple. Here’s a clip of the pair playing a drug-dealing duo in CSI– this scene is just hilarious to me.
It’s not like this split is a big unexpected surprise for anyone who is familiar with typical Hollywood relationships. I can’t think of any two stars that have actually managed to stay together for very long.
A lot of people like to blame the rising amount of divorces in Hollywood due to the reckless lifestyle of most famous people. But in reality, the divorce rate has always bee very high in the US. Could it be that Hollywood is merely reflecting the majority of “normal” people?
