Let’s raise a glass to the world’s weather presenters. They might not be on the front line of war zones or in the middle of riots, but their job comes with its own hazards. After braving Sydney’s storms, that’s something that Australia’s Sarah Cumming knows all too well.
One moment Sarah is insisting she looks like a drowned rat while she’s smiling at us, with barely a blonde hair out of place. Then after a few of the standard weather graphics, she’s soaked to the skin.
That secure shelter that was intended to keep her dry wasn’t so stable at all, and soon she’s bearing the brunt of that wooly weather. To her credit she barely misses a beats. Hats off to you Sarah!
