11/11/11. That was the date as it read on Friday Nov. 11, 2011. It was just another day, granted, but for some people having all ones in the date represented something magical.
This song celebrates 11/11/11. By being made up of nothing but elevens. The guy responsible is clearly a little insane. Or perhaps he’s just got far too much time on his hands.
The result of this madness and over-abundance of spare time to create pointless stuff is a good song and a great video. The detached heads are really quite freaky, especially as they appear to be aware of each other.
This is the reason I could never be an online video star. At least not one famous for creating original content. I simply don’t have the patience. But that just means I get to watch other people do all the hard work.
