Few Japanese anime have made it big outside of Japan. There’s Akira, of course, which most people have at least heard of, Attack on Titan, and a few others.
Ghost in the Shell is another classic Manga. And it has now spawned a live-action Hollywood adaptation starring Scarlett Johansson.
This is the first trailer for Ghost in the Shell, and it looks absolutely amazing. Fans of the original anime may reject it, but the rest of us should lap it up.
Ghost in the Shell is due to be released on March 31, 2017. And I can see it doing well with audiences who like intelligent science fiction flicks.
