Have you ever been given a gift and pretended to be grateful for it? We’ve all done it right, with the sarcastic response of, “Thanks, it’s what I’ve always wanted” echoed around the world.
However, give a gift to a homeless person and they’re going to be truly thankful. For them, getting any gift is like all their Christmases have come at once.
This video shows a group of youngsters handing out gifts to some of the homeless people living on the streets of London. They raised the money to pay for the gifts by becoming homeless for a week.
This was actually recorded last year, but it deserves wider attention. If we all gave a gift to a homeless person this Christmas the world would be a better place.
