I don’t think this is going to be the way this pizza restaurant in Mumbai, India will be delivering pizzas to all their customers, but it certainly makes for an interesting experiment.
Drones are very much in fashion at the moment, and not just with governments using them to gun down enemies of the state.
Once Amazon announced its intention to deliver good by quadcopter then everyone else started thinking the same way.
There are lots of potential problems: the pizzas will go cold, the drones will get shot down, and the cost would be extortionate. Still, it’s an interesting idea.
