We all know what real porn looks like. Anyone who has spent even five minutes on the Web will have seen some form of it. But can geometric shapes be considered porn?
According to Apple, yes they can. At least when they’re geometric shapes which our dirty minds decide resemble sexual organs.
This video shows Geometric Porn in action. It’s an app which was rejected from the App Store on the grounds it contained “excessively objectionable or crude content.”
Let’s be fair here, it’s clear what the developers were going for. The name gives it away quite readily. But still, it is only geometric shapes moving in, out, and around other geometric shapes. It’s far from hardcore.
Apple needs to lighten up a little.
