The President of the United States, Barack Obama, is well known for using a teleprompter on all occasions, be it an important speech to congress, or a St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the White House.
Unfortunately, relying on technology to behave itself isn’t always the smartest plan. And so it was when the teleprompter embarrassed both Obama and the Irish Prime Minister by not showing the right speech at the right time.
This video shows outspoken radio host, hardened Republican, and Obama hater Rush Limbaugh recount the details of the story. However, unlike the majority of the rest of the media, he chose to mock the President.
This incident has led one enterprising spark to set up a blog supposedly written by Obama’s teleprompter. It’s kind of like the new Fake Steve Jobs, and is well worth a read. Obama’s teleprompter even answers Limbaugh back!
