Barack Obama’s First General Election Advert Video | ‘Country I Love’ Starts Campaign

I’ve made my support for Barack Obama to be the next President of the United States of America very clear before now, and this video, showing his first election advert only enforces that view.

Entitled Country I Love, the advert will start airing across America tomorrow, and while it’s just as cheesy as any other political advert, he does at least get the core message across.

What is interesting is that the message being put across in this video is obviously intended to counter the rumours and slurs surrounding Obama’s heritage and background.

Basically it is saying that Obama is just like every other American citizen, and has been through hard times only to come out the other side stronger. I’m sold, are you?
