It seems Americans don’t have a monopoly on baseball loving bad dads. Just as the Dodgers fan did in June, a Taiwanese baseball fan has dropped his daughter while attempting to catch a foul ball.
This video gets a few extra points for the wife, who is clearly unamused by her husband’s actions. Surely the phrase “If looks could kill” was made for her.
It was amusing enough the first time, but now it’s happened again I think it’s time to make a rule. Dads, let the ball go by. You’ll probably miss it anyway, and your children’s welfare is much more important than any baseball souvenir.
