Beatles Let It Be’ Spoof Video | The Peter Serafinowicz Show Recreates Rooftop Gig

The Beatles may have split up almost 40 years ago now but they are once again big news. The release of Rock Band: The Beatles and the release of newly remastered versions of all their studio albums has them huge once more.

But if you’ve watched the video you’ll already know this isn’t actually The Beatles, being a spoof from The Peter Serafinowicz Show instead. In it, Let It Be and the famous Apple rooftop gig are spoofed superbly.

Peter Serafinowicz plays all four Beatles as he takes to the roof and sings a new take on Let It Be which could possibly have been called Let Me Poo. Yes, all four Beatles are sat on toilets trying to squeeze one out.

The set up, look, and feel of this spoof is spot on, with the costumes right, and every detail accurate. Except of course the bogs and the fact The Beatles are singing about taking a crap in public.
