Beer drinkers enjoy their favorite beverage for various reasons, but those reasons usually have nothing to do with weight loss. But this video makes a good case for why a 12-pack of beer each day can keep you fit and trim.
The gal in the video does have a point. I mean, how can you gain weight when you can’t keep anything down? And if you can’t make it to the refrigerator, and there’s not any food there anyway because you lost your job due to laying out or coming in with a hangover all the time, you don’t even have to worry about it in the first place.
Who needs the latest fad diet? The beer diet sounds much more effective.
