These days, some commercials just defy all description or explanation. This ad for Wilkinson’s Family Restaurant is a parody of those.
Taken from the Lynchland podcast, this fake ad is just plain weird. It starts out like a rather hardcore goth music video, complete with witches, storms, shattering bones and some sort of demon. But then it cuts to the chase, pitching what looks like a pretty good place to eat.
They have all you can eat lobster for $9.99, and kids eat for free. And if the place is anything like what is depicted in the video, it certainly wouldn’t be boring. If it was real, I’d check it out.
