This is almost better comedy than going to a circus and watching the overplayed scene of a hundred clowns getting out of the smallest car you can imagine. And, if you ask me, these illegal immigrants are much less scary than those clowns any day.
As these police try to manage this routine traffic stop of a van full of illegal immigrants, they quickly lose control of the situation, and the immigrants, as the van has several escapes for them to make.
The music is the perfect fit with the video. My guess is that most of them actually got away. There are so many of them and so few policeman to follow.
