As you’ve probably noticed by now the Olympic Games is currently taking place in London, England. Us Brits know how to do many things well, but host such a massive event as this? Pah!
OK, so that’s harsh but I suspect we’ll show ourselves up to be a lot less efficient than China, who hosted it four years ago. There have already been mistakes made and we haven’t even had the opening ceremony yet.
This video shows London Mayor Boris Johnson delivering a speech welcoming one and all to the 2012 Olympics. He sounds upbeat but the words tumbling out of his buffoonish mouth suggest otherwise.
What do you mean this isn’t real? No way is it just someone trying to make a mockery of London 2012 and the way commercialism has been pushed to the forefront. Who would do such a thing?
