Hot on the heels of London’s breast milk ice cream comes another tasty mammary treat: breast milk cheese. New York artist Miriam Simun recently began offering a tasting selection of breast milk cheeses at the East Village’s Lady Cheese Shop.

Miriam hoped to encourage people to think about eating organic, natural, and local food. And in a busy metropolis like New York City, where there isn’t a single cow, it’s much more natural to look to humans for your milk.

It’s an interesting concept, but it’d fall down if the cheese wasn’t good. But judging by the reactions of these tasters, it’s a winner!
