Gay people can now get married in all 50 states of the United States of America. This comes as a result of The Supreme Court of the United States ruling that the 14th Amendment of the Constitution means same-sex couples must be given the same rights as heterosexual couples.
And about time too.
This video shows gay people coming out to their families and friends using YouTube as the medium for doing so. Even Ellen DeGeneres makes a brief appearance.
Some people have reacted rather badly to this change to the law, but I will personally never understand why anyone would object to two people in love getting married.
