One of the most interesting cable TV stations is The History Channel, which has schedules full of documentaries about people, places, and events from history.
The latest series to make its debut is Chasing Mummies, which follows archaeologist and Egyptologist Dr. Zahi Hawass as he investigates the pyramids and catacombs in Egypt.
The series looks intriguing, but this promo also shows Hawass’ nasty side. He seems to have a hard and fast set of rules on how he thinks others should act, and if they don’t follow those, he kicks off.
Some are suggesting Hawass is the real-life Indiana Jones, but Indiana Jones never screamed and shouted at someone because they didn’t quite get what he wanted them to do. So he’s not. Still, I’ll be watching.
