It’s bad enough that there are so many bootleg clothes on the market, but what about jet fighter planes?
Here we can see that China has already made a knock-off Russian SU-27 which might be a sign of things to come.
One of my military buddies once told me that you could get an AK-47 knock-off for in China for 1/10th the price. Copyright really doesn’t doesn’t apply when the government doesn’t enforce it, and as far as respecting the copyright of other countries goes, China is blissfully ignorant.
I never really thought about it until now, but it seems like China will be a new hub for weapons manufacturing this century.
