Yeah, I think I would look that smug, too, if I knew I was getting away with an $8 billion fraud. Wouldn’t you?

While the fraud is still being termed ‘alleged’, you can pretty much surmise from the activity in and around the Stanford Financial Group buildings that this claim of fraud is being taken very, very seriously. As it should, given it involves billions of dollars at stake.
