What I want to know is who owns Tamiflu, how much influence they have on the government and how much money they’re getting for releasing twenty-five percent of their stockpile.
I understand that flu strains are serious and potentially deadly, but declaring a public health emergency over twenty possible cases? Fear-mongering much?
A fact people seem to be ignoring is that there was an outbreak of swine flu in the 1970s. Why don’t most people know? Because it wasn’t as catastrophic as they made it out to be.
Get out the facts, warn people to be extra careful with their hygiene because a new flu going around, fine. That is good.
Declare a state of emergency? What BS.
