Here she is, the mothership of all comets, Comet Holmes. Scientists and media took note of this comet a few weeks ago when it first exploded, creating its own atmosphere that is bigger than the diameter of the sun.
With our sun being by far the largest object in our galaxy, it is no wonder Holmes is of great interest. This video captures Holmes moving across space, exploding and sucking things up along with it on its path past Earth.
This video is insane, picking up tiny (or really not so tiny) other planets and stars that are along the same path as the comet as well. And this is probably not a big NORAD-type telescope or anything.
Apparently you can still see it with your naked eye, due to its enormity. If you are in a city, chances are not so good, but if you are not, keep your eye to the northeast sky.
