Conan O’Brien is one hell of a funny man, at least on screen. Obviously we don’t know what he’s actually like in real life when he doesn’t have multiple cameras pointed at him.
Maybe this video, which shows him giving performance reviews to some of his staff, an insight into his true character. Or maybe not. It is still “a bit” after all.
Conan seems to adopt a persona of a bit of a bully when dealing with his staff. I’m sure it’s just an act though, otherwise no one would actually want to work for him.
This video is extremely funny though, especially the associate producer at the end who clearly isn’t too happy about being in front of the camera rather than behind it.
