Breakout was a fantastic game back in the day. I’m sure kids of this generation will wonder what all the fuss was about, for in the 1970s the Atari classic was about as good as it got.
And now it’s back, kind of. Type ‘Atari Breakout‘ into Google Images and you’ll be able to play a version of the game from within your browser.
This video shows how to get the Atari Breakout Google easter egg to work, but it isn’t exactly rocket science so I’m pretty sure you’d be able to work it out for yourself.
Still, it’s a fun game that still manages to entertain and frustrate in equal measure. Play it, and then your kids play it so they realize how lucky they are.
