I’ve got to admit, when I first started watching this video I was pretty underwhelmed. This robot was supposed to be dancing to The Blue Danube waltz, but it looked to me like he was just running in a straight line. And running just isn’t dancing.
But stick with it, because when his robot friends strike up a little Kung Fu Fighting the action really heats up.
The robots use Asian fans as props and dance up a storm. The kids from So You Think You Can Dance might learn something from these androids!
Technology never ceases to amaze me. These robots may not be as important as the ones working in medical labs or even in factories, but I know which ones I’d prefer to take out on a Saturday night!
