Finally, there is a way to view YouTube videos in “high quality.” Well, at least higher quality than most of them are originally.
Back in November of last year, YouTube’s co-founder Steve Chen announced that the company had plans for making a high quality option for viewers. Nothing further was spoken about the topic, but within the past few days this hack surfaced the internet.
The “hack” has been so popular, that YouTube now includes the words “Watch this video in higher quality” underneath recently uploaded videos. But what some of you may not know is that this hack even works for videos uploaded over a year ago.
