If you’re a fan of either Alice In Wonderland, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Neil Gaiman, or animated features, then there is a new film out which you simply must watch. It’s called Coraline and it looks sublime.
We actually already featured this movie here on WebTVHub, with Lauren writing about it back in November, 2008. But as is the way with YouTube, the video has been removed. Here then is the official Coraline trailer video in all its glory.
Based on a short story by Neil Gaiman and directed by Henry Selick, Coraline tells the story of a young girl who uses a door in her family’s new house to travel to another world – a world similar to her own but different in oh so many ways.
The movie has been shot in 3D and looks like being capable of entertaining both the kids and adults who go and see it. Starring Dakota Fanning and Teri Hatcher, Coraline looks like being the first must-see film of 2009.
