Corned Beef & Cabbage Recipe Video | Traditional Dish Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day is fast approaching, falling on Thursday (March 17). And what better way to celebrate Ireland and its patron saint than by cooking and eating corned beef and cabbage, a traditional dish to mark the day with.

OK, so I can think of better ways – drinking Guinness, drinking Irish whisky, listening to Irish music, dressing up in green clothes and acting like a complete tool – but corned beef and cabbage can be enjoyed alongside these treats.

This dish doesn’t look all that appetizing to me, if I’m honest, but then I am a vegetarian. But many of you are probably licking your lips while watching this video.

I’ll just stick to the Guinness, whisky, and Irish cream liqueur. Yeah, that’s a plan, a liquid diet on St. Patrick’s Day. Suits me.
