Last night saw the 2010 Academy of Country Music Awards held in Las Vegas. The show was hosted by veteran country singer Reba McEntire, and the winners came from all corners of the country music genre.
Unfortunately, due to copyright restrictions, rather than a video of the actual show, this is the best I could find – a promotional preview of the show. Still, it shows most of the people who were present and nominated.
This was the 45th annual Country Music Awards. Carrie Underwood was the big winner on the night, walking away with the ‘Entertainer Of The Year’ award (for the second year in a row) and the ‘Triple-Crown’ award.
Other big winners included Lady Antebellum, whose single Need You Now won two awards, and Miranda Lambert, who won ‘Female Vocalist Of The Year’ and ‘Album Of The Year (for Revolution).
