I can’t help but be strangely disturbed and fascinated simultaneously by this video.
This giant doll really seems to come to life with the help from dozens of puppeteers, and her movements are as lifelike as a human little girl.
The most disturbing moment for me was watching her strange tongue stick out of her mouth to lick an enormous “popsicle.” It looked like a giant snake sneaking out of her mouth . . . very weird.
I have to admit, as creeped out as I was, it was pretty cool to see real little girls playing on the giant doll’s arms. I also can’t help but be amazed at the skill and mastery that must have gone into this giant’s creation.
