CrunchPad Becomes JooJoo Video | Michael Arrington Puppet Gives His Side Of Story

If you follow technology and consumer gadgets at all you’ll have no doubt heard of the CrunchPad, a tablet computer that was being developed by TechCrunch and its partners.

Well, it’s no more. A company called Fusion Garage, which was building the hardware and software for the device, has taken the concept and run off with it, leaving Michael Arrington as mad as hell.

This video shows Michael Arrington, or at least a puppet that looks and sounds very much like him, explaining his side of the story. It’s fair to say he isn’t a happy bunny.

Meanwhile, Fusion Garage has announced the product as it is now. Named the JooJoo, TechCrunch’s involvement is deemed to be over, although I’m guessing several lengthy court cases will be needed before that actually comes to pass.
