French backpackers Guillaume and Laetitia have acquired a very different kind of souvenir on their travels across America: a stray cat!
The young people began traveling from Miami to the tip of South America in 2008. Kitty joined them in Louisiana, and quickly became a part of their traveling party.
I don’t blame the travelers for picking up the puss, as I couldn’t bear to leave such a cute, homeless creature behind. And he seems to have slotted in to the group so naturally, acting as an extension of Guillaume’s backpack!
I’m not quite sure what will happen when Guillaume and Laetitia reach their destination, but I hope this adorable trio sticks together!
