Cats love snow, even though it’s essentially water, which they hate with a passion. They get used to snow very quickly though, so their first encounter with the white stuff is certainly a moment worth capturing on film.
This video shows one cat’s first encounter with snow. And he or she clearly loves it. You can see its brain ticking over as it attempts to work out what this strange substance is.
As can be seen here, as much of a fan of lying snow that cats are, they don’t like it falling on them. And once the cold and wet hits them they’ll come in and go to sleep by the fire. Because, cats.
