After a girl got offended at a Daniel Tosh show in a comedy club about a rape joke, she went home and wrote it on her fairly popular blog.
Twitter has been buzzing with controversy all day about it- even though there isn’t an actual video of him saying it. Still, fellow comedian Doug Stanhope defends Tosh in this interview.
I have to side with Stanhope on this one. If you’re offended by Daniel Tosh at a comedy show, then it’s because you haven’t done your research. Hell, maybe you shouldn’t be going out to comedy clubs in the first place.
The montage of rape jokes inserted in the middle of the interview pretty much confirms whose side the anchor is on. Hats off to RT for having a sense of humor.
