This video is for all those people (and there are, unfortunately, millions of them) who believe that what’s written in the bible actually happened. They take it as, quite literally, the gospel truth. It isn’t, obviously.
I find it unfathomable that there are people out there who believe the bible word for word. It’s their parents faults of course, bringing them up to only believe in one theory, one that completely goes against everything we know of this world.
The mad thing is that people who have actually studied the bible religiously (excuse the pun) are much more clued-in as to the message behind it. Like this priest being questioned on Fox News, who knows not to answer the question directly.
Of course we don’t all originate from Adam and Eve, and of course they didn’t just have two sons who then propagated the entire human race by, well, that’s the question, by what means? They must have had sex with their mother I suppose.
No? Well then you explain it while sticking to your guns that the bible is the absolute truth and not a collection of stories designed to control us. Please, I’d love to hear an alternative explanation.
